created for the 2021 Cornell Fashion Collective Lookbook under the theme of “Impressionism.”

inspired by the dream-like qualities of impressionist paintings, capturing fleeting moments with a focus on airiness and light. sky blue gown with bustier inspired bodice, dual layer flutter sleeves, gathered skirt. two shades of organza on a satin base, overlaid with star sequins tulle. V-shaped back neckline and waist, diagonal hand-tacked pleats, and opalescent buttons and elastic loop trim closure, with invisible zip starting at skirt waist. matching face mask with built-in hair tie, made for global conditions in 2020-2021.
